The Self-Serve site is a secure web portal for members to use their registered User ID to logon to the system and access all of their account information. It is a free service that allows customers to easily manage their account 24 hours a day 7 days a week through their PC, laptop, smartphone, or tablet devices.
Once logged in to the system customers can view all of their Valero card transactions including recent/past purchases, account balance, upcoming payment due dates, minimum payment amount, etc. Everything you need to manage your account is available through the online services. There is an automated response system which is a free service that will allow you to submit your payment using that method or speaking with a personal care representative which requires a fee.
